Privacy Policy
This page explains what information PixelStorm collects, why, and what we do with it. We have written it in plain language. PixelStorm is a registered MSME based in Odisha, India (UDYAM-OD-07-0084308).
What we collect
- What you send us. When you fill in our audit form or write to us, we receive your phone or WhatsApp number, your type of business, what you want help with, and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Your business details. If you ask for an audit, we look at public information about your business, such as your Google listing, social media pages and ads.
- Basic website data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record technical data such as your browser type and the pages you visit. We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and our fonts and images are served from our own website.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and prepare your free audit.
- To give you a quote and, if you become a client, to deliver our services.
- To keep simple records of our conversations with you.
We only contact you about the enquiry you made or the work we do for you. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run our business, for example email, website hosting, WhatsApp Business and cloud storage. They handle your information only to provide those services. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as we work together and as required by law. After that, we delete them or keep them in a form that no longer identifies you.
Your choices and rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. To do any of this, email contact@pixelstorm.in. We will reply as soon as we reasonably can.
Data of our clients' customers
When we set up systems for a client, such as a WhatsApp front desk, the messages from their customers belong to that client. We handle them only to run the service for them. Our Data & AI use page explains this in more detail.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
